Anwar Hussain Khokhar was a member of Pakistan's first Test team in 1952. He played in 4 of the 5 Test matches in Pakistan's inaugural series against India with modest success. However, he did not play Test match cricket for Pakistan after first series. He suffering from liver cancer and died on October 9, 2002 at Lahore, Punjab.
